How are you proactively managing market perceptions of your offering?

Many businesses aren’t very good at effectively marketing their services, that is, positioning their business in a consistent way that is clear, memorable and easy to understand. Inconsistent positioning leads to poor market perception. Poor market perception can kill your business development efforts.

The key is to have a consistent and scalable approach to promote your offering. Consider the importance of everyone in the organization being clear on your offering. Remember, with an offensive game plan you get what you intend, not what you hope for.
